    Responsibilities

    • Business partner to leadership by providing counsel on performance management, employee issues, disciplinary action, and termination recommendations
    • Consistently manages all administrative functions by maintaining and updating employee files, benefits, unemployment claims, LOA/FMLA, payroll
    • Maintains in depth technical knowledge of HR best practices, federal/state/local regulations and statutes, and company HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are fully considered before HR decisions are made
    • Leads new hire on-boarding, manages retention plans, and drives employee engagement
    • Acting benefits administrator providing guidance to employees during enrollment and claims and makes benefit recommendations
    • Prepares, analyzes, and delivers reports to leadership to drive the growth of the business
    • Assists with the development and administration of programs, policies, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company and to ensure compliance with federal/state regualtions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources
    • Proven success as an HR business partner
    • Experience in the administration of benefits and legal compliance
