    Quality Assurance Coordinator

    The Quality Assurance Coordinator is part of the Medical Staff Services department and will work closely with our Physician placement and overall credentialing team to ensure compliance requirements. The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, and a positive customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the checkpoint for the credentialing and sales process
    • Ensure data integrity of certificate of insurance
    • Review and approve placement assignment details
    • Communicates action items as it relates to the credentialing process
    • Process employment verifications and letters of engagement
    • Sort, alphabetize and scan physician documents accurately to CRM System.
    • Independently coordinate ongoing and upcoming monitoring assignments

    • Run and distribute performance reports via the CRM System
    • Partners with sales teams by collaborating in credentialing packet submissions to ensure excellent service and data accuracy to both internal and external customers
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma
    • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
    • Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
    • Professionally work in both a team unit and independently
    • Detail oriented with the ability to consistently maintain quality and production expectations
