    Hayes Locums is looking for an FP&A Analyst for our Corporate Finance team based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is a key role with a high level of visibility and impact across the organization. You will work with senior executives and business leaders across sales, marketing, operations providing key insights into their financial and operational performance and help them make sound business decisions. The position reports to the Manager, FP&A.


    • Develop and update daily/weekly/monthly booking forecasts and operational trackers to ensure timely delivery to key stakeholders
    • Conduct financial and operational analysis, develop complex financial models to support critical business decisions
    • Create month-end budget variance reports with user commentary highlighting planned-to-actual drivers to help managers understand and justify financial performance for the senior executive team
    • Actively participate in planning processes including annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts. Prepare budgets for the assigned departments
    • Assist finance team prepare company’s monthly management report book consisting of financial statements, operational performance, and business outlook
    • Establish yourself as a trusted business partner of sales leaders of assigned business lines in areas of bookings and gross margins management
    • Provide general ledger coordination to accounting, provide accrual and reclass support during month-end close
    • Collaborate with the head of marketing in helping measure ROIs of various ongoing branding initiatives


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA preferred
    • 3 - 5 years of related FP&A experience in corporate finance
    • Solid financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience
    • Advanced MS Excel skills, nice to have SQL coding knowledge
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic, growth-oriented environment
    • Must be attentive to detail with strong organizational and team player skills
